From £45 - £89 per sqm depending on if you need timber bearers or loft stilts for new builds. All our work meets NHBC regulations.

From £8 - £14 per sqm depending on thickness incl. fitting.
Do you charge to relocate or enlarge a loft hatch?
Yes, depending on the work to be carried out, the charge would be free to £120.
Can you install lighting in my loft?
Yes, these cost from £120 for a 1200mm led batton light.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit, with the balance payable on completion.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer is preferred but we accept most debit/credit cards.
