We done an interesting job a while ago where access to the bell tower was through a small hatch,this was accessed by standing on the church organ then onto another platform. The organ has now gone to a good home,this caused an access issue,they were happy to use a ladder as seen in this clip but how do you open / close the hatch ? So i came up with an idea to fit an actuator and this has proved to be just what was needed..
Install to a p[roperty in a little Village in Wiltshire, client had mobility issues with her arms, but this solved the problem, was a tight fit to miss the skirting board.
Tricky install where the the trusses were at 300 centres leaving no room for easy access. A structural engineer was used to create a drawing to allow these to be cut out and trimmed as directed. Next issue was we had to position the ladder to land missing the bed.Notice how this is used with 2 fingers due to its superb quality. The area in the ceiling awaiting re decoration is where we had to put steel bands underneath for extra strength.

This was an install into bungalow that needed a complete new access area created due to existing being in a very awkward area.
